SHIPPING POLICY

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you enter at checkout. We ask you keep your billing address & shipping address the same. If you absolutely need to change your shipping address, make sure you change it on our site after you enter your credit card information! If not your products will be shipped out to your billing address.

We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays. If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday. After receiving an order confirmation, shipping activity will become available after 24-48 hrs. Please track your package at www.USPS.com. We do not ship to PO boxes.

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The United States Postal Service (USPS) reports that as of January 2018, it takes an average of one to three days for Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders other than those shipping to Canada. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties.
